Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate individual to join our team as a Global HR Data Insights and Strategy Lead. As part of a global team of experts, you will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Global Head of HR Reporting and Analytics in Munich, Germany.

You will work closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner team, HR functions (Talent, Rewards, DEI), and regional APAC MEA HR teams covering 19 locations. Your unique opportunity is to partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand HR data requirements, deliver data insights, and enable data-based decision making to support our strategic HR and business agenda.

You will participate in global projects and initiatives, provide analytical answers to strategic questions, and ensure timely responses to regular and ad hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders. You will play an integral role in bringing our HR analytics capabilities to the next level, driving continuous improvement of our reporting capabilities, and enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data stewardship and compliance: Oversee regional data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring adherence to global data standards and governance.
  • HR reporting and analytics: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify global and regional data requirements, translate them into meaningful data points, metrics, and KPIs, produce and communicate relevant HR data insights, and advance the HR data capabilities to foster data-based decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a HR data function.
  • Strong understanding of HR data points and metrics, preferably in the context of ESG reporting.
  • Experience in using HR IT systems, data structuring and visualisation tools, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and respond quickly to changing requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, structured way of working, and ability to convey complex data insights to different target audiences.
