Job Description:

We seek a talented HR Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in enabling business strategy through data-driven insights.

You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and presenting key HR data to build understanding and insights that inform decision-making across business functions and the global HR organization.

Your subject matter expertise will be valuable in mentoring others within the HR organization on reporting and analytics for new and existing processes and programs.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years' experience as an analyst or similar role in a global company
  • Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with large datasets using advanced data mining and analytical techniques
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from disparate sources, understand trends, create meaningful reports, and drive decision-making
  • Strong understanding of development, documentation, and implementation of business processes
  • Can navigate complex organizations and situations
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges in the workplace
  • Strong collaborator and communicator across multiple levels
