Job Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to Relationship Managers for account opening and maintenance, transaction execution, and handling clients’ enquiries.
Prepare business analyst reports, presentation materials, and maintain client database.
Find solutions based on clients’ problems on bond duration.
Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients and other internal and external stakeholders.
Participate and assist in organizing business events to build client relationships.
Assist Relationship Managers to formulate standardized operations procedures for client service.
Skills/Qualifications:
Final year students or graduates from local or overseas universities in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
Attention to detail, proactive, customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
Genuine interest and ambition to develop a long-term career in Wealth Management businesses.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
