We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage e-Market Client Services activities for FX, Fixed Income, and Metals products in the Asia time zone.

  • e-Channels capture, enable, and control
  • Client Service delivery and workflow management in accordance with SLAs and bank values
  • Understanding of eMarkets front-to-back architecture for effective operation
  • Effective coordination with the London Client Services team and daily handovers/cover
  • Support for electronic trading platforms, including API, GUI, MDP, and vendor platforms like Bloomberg, FXall, Integral, 360T, and others

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound understanding of electronic trading architecture
  • Knowledge of eFX and/or eMetals landscape, technologies, and market participants
  • Experience operating within Client Services or a similar role facing off to Front Office stakeholders
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and their expectations
  • Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and numerical ability
  • Understanding of regulatory environment and impacts on eMarkets
