Trust Administrator – Private Client Services

A prestigious international fiduciary firm is looking to expand its Private Client Services team with an experienced Trust Administrator. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a client-centric environment and is looking to deepen their expertise in trust administration.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality trust administration services across a diverse portfolio of clients. This includes ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards, maintaining regulatory records, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a portfolio of trust structures, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee trust governance, fiduciary integrity, and statutory compliance.
- Manage client onboarding documentation, including KYC, tax declarations (W-8BEN, FATCA/CRS), and trust formation paperwork.
- Assist in opening and managing client bank accounts.
- Coordinate with Private Trust Company (PTC) clients for ongoing due diligence and compliance updates.
- Draft and execute Directors' and Trustees' Resolutions.
- Liaise with registered agents for corporate filings and documentation updates.
- Issue and follow up on invoices, ensuring timely fee collection and debt recovery.
- Support special projects and process improvements within the trust administration function.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, or a related field.
- STEP membership (or currently working towards it).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in trust and corporate services (TCSP).
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust structures, and international compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
