Wilson HCG is partnering with one of our top global investment companies to appoint a Total Rewards, Assistant Vice President for their highly established multinational organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role as an individual contributor in providing guidance to C-suite level stakeholders on all compensation matters, designing executive compensation plans, and strategy implementation. This is a newly created permanent position offering a hybrid work environment, based in the central region. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and execution of compensation strategies, salary benchmarking and structures, investment enhancement plans, and bonus schemes. Develop various simulations that provide estimates of costs and consequences of incentive plan designs. Monitor key trends and developments across various industries and markets for data and compensation analysis. Identify gaps and propose solutions for enhancements and partake in the designing of incentive plans based on stakeholders' requirements, aligning with their policies and practices. Design, create, and develop high-level presentation decks for stakeholders, transforming data and providing rationale into creating a compelling storyline. Key Requirements: Qualified Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six years experience in the areas of rewards and executive compensation, ideally from a consulting firm. A strategic mindset with in-depth knowledge of executive compensation along with a basic understanding of corporate finance and data analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills, topped with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment meeting tight deadlines, and highly proficient in Power Point presentation and Excel skills.
