Commercial Bid Manager

Oversee and prioritize all tenders workload and schedule. Develop and manage tendering, contract review, order process and related activities. Work with sales personnel, engineering team and various cross functional teams from the plant and vendors for preparation of enquiries and tender proposal. Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines. Develop strategies to achieve company set goals and profitability for assigned markets. Identify resources, plan work schedule and track progress. Manage the operational budget for the Commercial department. Responsible for contract review and order processing for projects won. Provide coaching to enhance the professional development of the commercial department. Identify, develop and implement process improvement initiatives for the order and tendering team. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Must possess business level proficiency in mandarin (Primary market is Chinese speaking). ONLY mandarin proficient candidates will be considered. 8-10 years in a similar capacity and industry. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in well control and surface products. Have demonstrated chronicle success in winning multi-million dollar tenders. Good team player with ability to work with all levels of staff. People and service oriented personality with confident and positive attitude. Strong business acumen with good connection to customers in the industry. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as and when required.
