What The Role Is

What You Will Be Working On
We are looking for a self-motivated user experience designer to join the Information Services Group that leads the research, design and development of enterprise-wide ICT solutions in HDB. You will be responsible for the research and design of the end-to-end user experience for HDB’s digital services, providing thought leadership and evangelism on design thinking and human-centric design. You will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.
What We Are Looking For
A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related
Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests), analysing quantitative and qualitative data and communicating insights
Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs
Experience in HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design and interaction decisions
