Xiangtan city, Hunan Province, China and overseas business trip About the Role We are seeking an experienced Overseas HR Director to join our corporate HR center of excellence and support the internationalization of our human resources systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of global HR frameworks, managing HR compliance across overseas subsidiaries, and leading key talent and organizational initiatives aligned with Wayon Energy’s global expansion. Key Responsibilities Oversee global human resources planning and system development for the data center business. Build and manage overseas operation service teams in alignment with business development plans. Provide guidance on HR system establishment, management, and team development for overseas factories. Promote cross-cultural collaboration by working closely with Finance, Operations, and Production departments to ensure compliance and propose improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; proficient in English as a working language. Over 10 years of experience in HR management within large-scale international organizations, with expertise in diversified HR planning and management. Familiar with the data center power distribution equipment industry and experienced in managing multi-country overseas factory operations. Strong cross-cultural communication, strategic planning, and coordination skills.
