**Overall Responsibilities**
- Support the HR Director on HR & Administration functions at corporate level.
- Manage the Human Resources functions and daily office operation of Singapore office. Deliver perfect service and ensure its operations run smoothly and improve as it grows.
- Assist on policy making and other company projects and activities.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
**Strategic HR Planning**
- Support HR Director to build strategic plans and address them from an HR perspective based on the organization’s needs
- Transform the policies into executable plans and departmental procedures

**Corporate Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Help and manage onboarding procedures for new hires

**Company Record, Policies and Procedures Compliance**
- Periodically update on policies and procedures based on legislative changes, new trend, company or employee needs
- Take appropriate action when policies or procedures are breached

**Training and Development**
- Prepare and organize necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, new staff onboarding orientation and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) training

**Running Employee Relations Programs**
- Oversee the employee relations programs, including promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures and employee discussions
- Conduct investigations when employee complaints or converns are brought forth
- Lead the implementation of company saftely and health programs

**Overseeing the Office Management Function**
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
- Oversee office insurance, facilities services, maintenance activities and tradepersons (eg electricians)
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Organize and supervise the planning and execution of company events, office staff activities and other office activities (recycling, renovation, etc.)
- Support on Company Projects eg. ISO9001 audit system

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources and office administration
- Be an energetic self-starter, hands-on, ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively
- Organized, attention to details, highly accountable, can deal with grey areas
- Discreet in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- With experience in setting, reviewing and implementing policy and procedure in HR and Administration functions
- Familiar with Singapore employment law and compensation system
- Familiar with facilities management principles
- Experience in developing customized training program on staff orientation, employee relations and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
