What you'll do Actively reach out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls to provide guidance on the onboarding process Provide support to resolve Drivers general queries via emails, ZOHO, Whats App, or walk-ins Assist in Driver offboarding tasks i.e. updating bank account details and deposit/wallet balance refund Verify submitted documents and maintain accurate record of Driver database Any other tasks assigned by the Manager What we seek Energetic, driven, passionate, proactive, and attentive to details Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to commit minimum 6 months To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
