About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bank Call Center Representative to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to the growth of our corporate solutions.

As a Bank Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as customer service, case management, and interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries regarding personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, and cards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information to clients.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Loans and Deposits: Knowledge of loan and deposit products, including terms and conditions.
  • Administration: Ability to work in a fast-paced administrative environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
