Job Summary

\
  • To support the General Manager of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) in managing HSEQ-related projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a Safety Management System and enhance Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Safety Management System Implementation:
    • Support the implementation of the Company's Safety Management System, including tasks related to manuals and fleet notices.
    • Investigate accidents & incidents and advise Managers on measures to prevent recurrence.
    • Develop and enhance Cyber Security of Vessel ICT systems.
  • SmartPAL HSEQ Support:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to follow up on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) issues.
    • Support Construction and maintenance of companies' HSEQ module in PAL.
    • Identify user requirements and propose solutions considering feasibility, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze HSEQ objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the fleet.
    • Review and analysis of HSEQ scores, fleet audit, and inspection outcomes through PAL.
    • Advise Managers on measures to improve fleet performance.
  • HSEQ and Certification Assistance:
    • Assist with smartPAL HSEQ, Quality Document Management System (QDMS), certification processes, and day-to-day crewing issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan for future deployments and unification efforts.
    • Assist in implementing a Mobile App project for LG (Liquefied Gas) and Tanker operations.
