Safety Health Environmental Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Health Environmental (SHE) professional to join our team as a Senior SHE Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety health environmental policies procedures and systems to promote a safe healthy work environment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS) to ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments identify hazards and recommend corrective preventive actions to prevent accidents incidents.
  • Lead accident incident investigations and implement follow-up actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all departments projects through leadership collaboration and training.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in WSH Fire Safety management in construction building facilities.
  • Proven track record of managing improving workplace safety programs.
  • Experience with site inspections hazard identification risk assessments accident investigations.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams collaborating with project managers engineers contractors.
