Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist ">

  • This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive training plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills to participants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/NITEC in a relevant HR or business Administration discipline.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a HR department with experience in Training & Development, Learning/LMS or Organization Development functions.
