Job Summary

This role requires a professional to serve as the primary point of contact for customers to manage scam allegations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate scam allegations thoroughly, ensuring a fair and objective assessment of the facts.
  • Analyse evidence and documentation to identify patterns and trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in related field such as Fraud Management or Complaint Handling, with successful track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Effective problem-solving and documentation skills, with high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Raffles Place location.
