Job Role: Scam Allegation Specialist
As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers to manage scam allegations.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate scam allegations thoroughly, ensuring a fair and objective assessment of the facts.
- Analyze evidence and documentation to identify patterns and trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in related fields such as fraud management or complaint handling, with a successful track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Effective problem-solving and documentation skills, with a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- Located in a prominent business district.
