The purpose of the Senior Sales Manager is to grow and expand the revenue footprint of Jord via our complete product and services portfolio within the Energy Division in the stated region.
Duties And Responsibilities
Target customers in aligned industry sectors, contacting and securing new business accounts and customers.
Achieve sales revenue targets by independently developing and executing territorial growth plans with the regions.
Take responsibility for the profitability and growth of your assigned business.
Contribute to sales forecast preparations and be accountable for meeting targets.
Identify, select, and direct effective sales agents for products within the Energy Division’s portfolio, supported by Jord product teams.
Coordinate with operations, quality, and finance as required.
Monitor the competitive landscape and activity, and report on how it impacts company goals.
Represent the company at trade conferences and exhibitions.
Maintain relationships with existing and potential major customers.
Liaise with technical, application, and estimating staff to present valuable and competitive solutions.
Review bidding documents and designs; prepare proposals collaboratively when required.
Conduct terms and conditions review and negotiations.
Attend technical and commercial clarification meetings as needed.
Adhere to all Jord policies and IMS requirements.
Skills And Experience
Minimum tertiary qualification in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 10 years’ industry experience selling high-value, complex solutions to Oil and Gas or related industries in Southeast Asia.
In-depth knowledge of the customer base in Asia/Southeast Asia.
Proven successful sales record with existing industry contacts.
