  • Provide exceptional guest service and maintain the high standards of hospitality that define us.
  • Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar techniques.
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior bartenders and barbacks.
  • Oversee bar mise en place, cleanliness, and stock control throughout service.
  • Monitor beverage costs and assist with inventory management.
  • Uphold strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Represent the brand at events and industry engagements when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional bartending experience, preferably in high-volume cocktail bars.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, and premium spirits.
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience guiding a bar team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous learning.
