Roles & Responsibilities

As a Mixologist, you will be working in one of our bars (Portman's Bar or Skyline Bar) and responsible for the following:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drinks orders
- Assist Head Mixologist in planning drink menus and informing customers about new, special and signature cocktails and promotional activities
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to customers
- Developing new cocktail recipes
- Be an active sales person at the lounge to maximize sales and revenue
- Prepare and present beverage at company standards
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
- Manage site / outlet and equipment maintenance
- Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- Good knowledge of alcoholic beverages
