Job Title: Mixologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to recommend products confidently.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
