As a skilled Master Mixologist Lead, you will have the opportunity to join our team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced mixologist to lead our beverage program. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute innovative cocktails, train staff on drink preparation and presentation, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  2. Train and mentor staff on drink preparation, presentation, and service standards
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage beverage supplies to meet business needs
  4. Monitor and control costs to achieve budget goals and optimize profitability
  5. Ensure excellent customer service and promote a positive image of the establishment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a lead bartender or mixologist in a high-volume establishment
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative and unique cocktails
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Familiarity with beverage management systems and point-of-sale software
