Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive / Senior / Manager to join our team in the fragrance manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying potential B2B customers, and managing key accounts. This role will involve generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities within the B2B space, including large retailers, department stores, e-commerce platforms, and fragrance wholesalers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals. Develop strategies for lead generation through various marketing channels. Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals.
