  • Lead the growth of business in new channels by identifying and securing major new customer opportunities.
  • Ensure pricing strategies across all customer segments maximize margin while maintaining a competitive position.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to execute regular promotional activities that drive sales momentum.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs to ensure the sales and customer service teams have expert knowledge.
  • Support key customers with menu and product innovation to help them reduce labor, save time, and lower food costs.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to align on buying strategies and with the sales team to coordinate volume forecasts.
  • Troubleshoot inventory issues to clear stock effectively and minimize product write-offs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Business Development / Sales within food industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing category strategies, including product ranging and pricing.
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and suppliers.
  • The capability to develop and deliver product training programs for sales and customer service teams.
  • Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and driving financial terms such as rebates and marketing funds.
