Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead our category development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for category growth within 12-36 months.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive category strategies and enhance consumer engagement.
  • Design point of purchase strategies and standards for each channel category, incorporating key drivers.
  • Ensure seamless shopper experience through optimized route-to-market processes.
  • Maintain compliance with quality and occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in FMCG industry knowledge.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in channel or distributor management.
  • Business acumen in trade marketing, marketing/sales, or commercial functions, preferably with trade marketing experience.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills.
  • Financial literacy and understanding of P&L statements and supply chain reports.
