Description Job Title Service Desk Agent Salary Range SGD $2,700 – $3,100 (Monthly) Contract Duration 1 Year Nationality Requirement Singaporean Security Clearance Required — Category 2A (Security Clearance & Background Check must be completed before onboarding) Work Schedule Operating Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotating Shift) Work Days: 5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays) Off Days: 2 per week (may fall on weekdays) Work Hours: Based on 44 hours per week Note: This is not a 12-hour rotating shift role Job Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for laptop/desktop issues. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service desk requests efficiently. Ensure timely escalation and follow-up for unresolved issues. Maintain excellent customer service standards through professional communication. Work collaboratively within a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Perform duties on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Mandatory Skills Minimum 2 years of Service Desk Agent experience (Fresh graduates with relevant experience or strong technical knowledge may be considered) Strong Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting skills Excellent customer handling and communication skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills Exposure to ITIL framework or similar service management processes Basic understanding of network and hardware troubleshooting Shift & Standby Requirements Shiftwork: Yes 24x7 Standby: No Allowances & Claims Transport Claim: Applicable only for travel between worksites (subject to supervisor approval) Monthly Allowance: Nil Bonus & Leave Completion Bonus: 1 Month Annual Leave: 14 Days (for all non–12-hour shift employees) Availability Preferred Start: Immediate / Short Notice / Within 1–2 months (Excluding waiting time for education verification and work pass approval) Notice Period (Post-Onboarding) 2 Months Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category Other Sub Category Health, Safety & Environment
