We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate for Hearing Aid Devices & Solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be confident and self-motivated, and have a proven track record in telemarketing and face-to-face customer service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company, providing on-the-job training and support to ensure success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing day-to-day operations of the hearing aid store
- Generating warm leads, handling calls and inquiries, and recommending products to meet the needs of potential customers
- Approachable and engaging prospects to secure appointments for the sales team
- Completing simple stocktaking and cashiering duties
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Singaporean GCE N/O level qualification with credit in English and Chinese
- Strong skills in telemarketing and face-to-face customer service
- Confidence, self-motivation, and target-driven approach
- Eagerness to learn and strong knowledge of our company's products

Work Arrangement
We offer two flexible work arrangements:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Option 2: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
