Job Description-Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Correspond with globally mobile employees (international assignees, business travellers, etc.) and other stakeholders on their Immigration matters with a customer-centric mindset.
- Communicate effectively with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
- Contact government tax officers and be able to deal with their enquiries in an effective manner.
- Work with other KPMG offices across the global coordinating international Immigration support.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Prepare and process client paperwork, including engagement letters, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings on behalf of consultants.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and track compliance status and other assignment-related projects.
- Manage caseload with team throughout end to end process in an efficient timely manner within required KPIs.
- Work closely with consultants to provide necessary support for client engagements.
Information and Document Collection & Record Keeping:
- Collect, organize, and verify client information and documents necessary for Immigration consulting services.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of required documents.
- Assist with collation of information for proposals and draft proposal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
⠀Previous experience in administrative roles or client support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
