
Client Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Precise Client Onboarding and Document Management**:
- Execute a meticulously organised administrative onboarding process, ensuring all client documentation is accurately completed, filed, and maintained.
- Establish and uphold a robust document administration system, guaranteeing easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy in form completion and data entry, minimising errors and ensuring a seamless client experience.
**2.**Detailed Account Administration and CRM Management**:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with diligence and attention to detail, ensuring all client data, interactions, and transaction activity are accurately recorded.
- Implement systematic processes for client account administration, ensuring timely delivery of services and precise tracking of client information.
- Proactively identify and rectify discrepancies in client records, demonstrating a commitment to data integrity
**3.**Rigorous Compliance Support and Form Processing**:
- Coordinate and assist the Compliance team with the efficient and accurate collation of KYC documents for onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Ensure all Compliance-related forms are completed with exceptional accuracy and neatness, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
- Anticipate Compliance needs and prepare documents in advance.
**4.**Efficient Marketing Administrative Support and Material Preparation**:
- Assist the Head of Business Development in preparing precise and well-organised pitch materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure all marketing support documents are formatted and presented with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
**5.**Organised Event Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the detailed planning and coordination of client events and webinars, ensuring all logístical aspects are handled with precision.Maintain detailed checklists and timelines to ensure event success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business, or a related field with a strong interest in the financial services industry.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services or a related administrative role, preferably within finance or asset management.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous approach to document administration and data entry.
- Ability to maintain accurate and well-organised records in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and neatness in all administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), preferably with advanced skills in data management and formatting.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to leverage them for efficient client management will be an advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
- Reliable and dependable individual who takes ownership of tasks and consistently meets deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to engage professionally with clients and team members, fostering positive relationships.
