Job Title: Group HR Manager, Singapore ">

We are seeking a highly skilled Group HR Manager to lead our corporate firm in the healthcare/medical services sector based in Singapore. This is a permanent headcount position at the group level, specializing in advancing group-level initiatives in Total Rewards, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR systems implementation.

  • Provide strategic oversight and execution at the group level, aligning regional entities and driving cohesion across entity-level HR teams. ">
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ">
  • Lead the group-wide implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems. ">
  • Collaborate with country-level HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies, frameworks, and HR practices across the group. ">
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics at the group level to inform leadership decisions and track initiative effectiveness. ">
  • Able to support other functions such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement where needed. ">

About You:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ">
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Group HR Manager in a multi-entity or regional setup. ">
  • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Rewards or L&D. ">
  • Team player, family culture. ">
  • Sector knowledge not mandatory, but good to have. ">
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning/work attitude, independent and able to perform without much supervision. ">
  • Ability to work across cultures and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization. ">
