The Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Merchandising Manager
to lead and execute our in-store merchandising strategies. This field-based role requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to drive sales through exceptional retail execution. You will manage merchandising standards across multiple outlets, coordinate with retailers, and ensure our products are always available, visible, and attractive to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily merchandising operations across assigned retail outlets and locations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, managers, and store staff.
Ensure product availability at all times, preventing out-of-stock situations.
Align with retailers’ SOPs while ensuring Truly Nuts merchandising standards are upheld.
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotional activities, including roadshows, sampling sessions, festive events, and space buys.
Implement and improve planograms, secure optimal shelf space, and increase product facings.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity, reporting insights to support business decisions.
Manage a small team of merchandisers or promoters where applicable.
Provide feedback and recommendations on in-store trade strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
Previous experience in merchandising management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily between retail outlets.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
