We are seeking a visionary
Channel Sales Manager
to build and lead client partner-centric growth engine. This role will launch in Singapore with a clear mandate to expand and nurture the channel ecosystem across the ASEAN region. Your mission is to empower partners to become champions of next-generation AI and Managed Service portfolio.
The Mission: Architect of ASEAN Partner Ecosystem
You will be the strategic linchpin between company innovation and partners\' success. This is a high-impact role designed for a hunter who builds lasting ecosystems, not just closes deals.
Phase 1: Singapore Foundation (First 6-18 months):
Establish Singapore as the benchmark. Drive revenue with a core set of strategic partners.
Phase 2: ASEAN Expansion:
Scale the successful Singapore model into key ASEAN markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam), identifying and developing new partner alliances.
Your commercial focus will be exclusively on driving recurring revenue by prioritising our high-growth portfolio:
Unified Communication Live:
Cloud-native platform or on-premise customised solutions for modern collaboration.
Voice.AI Connect:
Suite that injects real-time AI (transcription, summarisation, sentiment analysis, AI bots) into customer interactions.
Experience Analytics:
Turning conversations into actionable, AI-driven business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Strategy:
Develop and execute a multi-tiered partner strategy for Singapore, with a scalable plan for ASEAN expansion.
AI Evangelism:
Act as the foremost expert on company AI differentiators. Work with partner teams to confidently sell the value of AI-powered CX and collaboration.
Revenue Leadership:
Own the revenue target for subscription and AI solutions across your partner landscape. Manage full pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closure.
Joint Go-to-Market:
Work with partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and targeted pitches for end customers together with the Channels and Marketing Team.
Market Intelligence:
Provide critical feedback from the ASEAN market to shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
Requirements:
A proven channel sales professional (5+ years) with a strong record of selling
cloud/SaaS voice subscription solutions
through a partner network in Singapore.
ASEAN experience is a significant advantage.
You speak the language of AI.
You have an evident passion for and understanding of how AI technologies (Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, Generative AI) create business value.
An exceptional relationship builder, capable of establishing trusted, strategic partnerships at the C-level and with sales teams.
A natural coach and enabler, skilled at training and motivating partner salespeople to succeed.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build a territory and strategy from the ground up.
Based in Singapore and willing to travel within the ASEAN region as the role expands.
Fluency in English is essential; additional ASEAN languages are a strong plus.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Azure voice services, direct routing, Operator Connect) is a plus.
