
Workforce Manager

As a Workforce Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage workforce forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning. You will play a crucial role in monitoring real-time operations to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality. By analyzing historical data, you will predict staffing needs and recommend efficiency improvements.Collaboration with various departments is key to aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize workforce management. Proficiency in workforce management tools and software is necessary for accurate reporting and decision-making.Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices will be a core part of your role. This includes staying updated on regulations and implementing necessary changes to maintain adherence.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and paid sick time. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday.
