We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in a high volume, 300mm wafer manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability and robustness of high-voltage semiconductor devices and systems.

This role involves designing and executing reliability test plans, analyzing failure mechanisms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and quality across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies, as well as experience with reliability test equipment and data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing reliability qualification plans for HV semiconductor products.
  • Performing hands-on reliability testing including HTOL, HTRB, TDDB, and other stress tests.
  • Analyzing reliability data using statistical methods and modeling tools to predict product lifetime and failure rates.
  • Investigating failure mechanisms through electrical, physical, and chemical analysis.
  • Collaborating with design, process, and product engineering teams to implement reliability improvements.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with a focus on high-voltage technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to successfully plan, execute, analyze, and deliver projects per schedule.
