High Voltage Product Engineer
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Product Engineer to join our team in preparation for the formation of our joint venture with NXP and VIS, known as VSMC.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead product engineering activities for high-voltage ICs from NPI to mass production.
- Define and validate HV device structures (e.g., LDMOS, VDMOS, DDD MOS) and ensure alignment with design and process teams.
- Drive product characterization, qualification (e.g., AEC-Q100), and reliability testing.
- Analyze electrical test data (CP, FT, HTOL, etc.) to identify trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities.
- Support yield enhancement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product issues.
- Participate in and/or lead cross-functional and lean activity teams. Collaborate with TCAD, SPICE modeling, and PDK teams for device simulation and modeling.
- Interface with customers to address technical inquiries and support audits or failure analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years semiconductor product engineering experience is required.
- Strong understanding of HV CMOS/BCD processes and device physics.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel).
- Familiarity with test platforms and probe/test data analysis.
- Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100) and failure analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
