Job Title: High Voltage Product Development Specialist
Job Description:This posting is for a Product Engineer in a high volume, 300mm wafer manufacturing environment.
The HV Product Engineer is responsible for the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of high-voltage semiconductor products, including HV CMOS and BCDMOS technologies.
This role involves close collaboration with design, process, test, and reliability teams to ensure robust product performance, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include defining and validating HV device structures, driving product characterization and qualification, analyzing electrical test data, supporting yield enhancement and root cause analysis, participating in cross-functional teams, and collaborating with TCAD and SPICE modeling teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years semiconductor product engineering experience required.
- Strong understanding of HV CMOS/BCD processes and device physics.
- Experience with DOE, SPC, and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel).
- Familiarity with test platforms and probe/test data analysis.
- Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100) and failure analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
