Our organization is seeking an exceptional reliability professional to drive the long-term stability and robustness of high-voltage semiconductor products.

About the Role:
  • This position entails developing and executing comprehensive reliability qualification plans for HV semiconductor devices, encompassing GaN, SiC, HV CMOS, and BCD technologies.
  • The successful candidate will perform hands-on reliability testing, including HTOL, HTRB, TDDB, and other stress tests to identify potential weaknesses.
  • A strong understanding of statistical methods and modeling tools is required to predict product lifetime and failure rates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with design, process, and product engineering teams to implement reliability enhancements, driving business growth through improved product performance.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, focusing on high-voltage technologies. Strong knowledge of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with focus on high-voltage technologies.
  • Strong understanding of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies.
  • Experience with reliability test equipment and data analysis tools, such as ReliaSoft, JMP, and Python.
  • Familiarity with automotive and industrial qualification standards, including AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
