We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in a high volume, 300mm wafer manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability and robustness of high-voltage semiconductor devices and systems.

This role involves designing and executing reliability test plans, analyzing failure mechanisms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and quality across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and Executing Reliability Qualification Plans: The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of HV device physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies.
  • Performing Hands-On Reliability Testing: This includes HTOL, HTRB, TDDB, and other stress tests.
  • Analyzing Reliability Data: Using statistical methods and modeling tools to predict product lifetime and failure rates.
  • Investigating Failure Mechanisms: Through electrical, physical, and chemical analysis.
  • Collaborating with Design, Process, and Product Engineering Teams: To implement reliability improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 Years' Experience: In semiconductor reliability engineering, with a focus on high-voltage technologies.
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Communication, and Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills.
  • Ability to Successfully Plan, Execute, Analyze, and Deliver Projects per Schedule.
