Manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) budget to ensure proper allocation aligned with company policies and financial guidelines. Conduct regular analytics and reporting to support management decision-making. Coordinate performance appraisal and reward programs to drive motivation and recognition. Support the implementation of staff recognition, awards, and career progression evaluation frameworks. Prepare and submit compensation-related reports to Head Office and local regulators accurately and timely. Oversee employee tax planning and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations. Manage procurement and administration of staff welfare and benefit programs. Promote HR policies, provide consultation, and enhance employee understanding. Conduct benchmarking and propose policy enhancements to maintain competitiveness. Review HR and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance. Assist the General Manager and HODs with ad hoc HR tasks, reporting, and project initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related field. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, and/or HR operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‐solving skills. Fluent in both English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders. Highly responsible, detail‐oriented, and able to work independently under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
