Job Title: HR Manager Join PRISM+, Singapore's leading smart home appliances brand, as we seek a seasoned HR Manager to drive our people strategy and foster a culture of excellence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and a positive employee experience. Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Design and execute effective hiring strategies for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, leveraging external partnerships and internal resources. Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to support hiring efforts. Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, driving business growth and success. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedback. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, working closely with finance and administration teams to ensure seamless operations. Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters, driving business decisions. Perform hands-on operational work as needed, including assisting with HR administrative tasks and resolving employee relations issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, demonstrating expertise in full employee lifecycle management. Proven track record in white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate with department heads and external partners. Experience in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and success. Strategic thinker with analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, with a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fostering an inclusive culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
