About the Role We are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing & Communications to lead Everbest’s storytelling, marketing strategy, and consumer engagement across the region. This role bridges creative vision and strategic execution — turning ideas into campaigns and conversations that strengthen Everbest’s identity as a modern, desirable Asian fashion brand. You will lead a small cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and department heads to ensure Everbest’s brand message is consistent, elevated, and relevant across all touchpoints. What You’ll Do Brand Leadership & Storytelling Champion Everbest’s brand identity and tone, ensuring consistency across all channels. Translate creative and seasonal directions into cohesive 360° campaigns. Strengthen brand desirability through thoughtful, fashion-driven storytelling. Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan and lead integrated marketing activities across digital, social, PR, retail, and influencer channels. Oversee content creation, ensuring high creative standards and alignment with business objectives. Track performance and continuously refine strategies for stronger consumer engagement. Communication & Partnerships Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and creative partners. Lead brand events, collaborations, and storytelling initiatives that reinforce Everbest’s voice and purpose. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Creative Director on concept development and campaign rollout. Work closely with retail, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to align marketing with sell-through and growth priorities. Team Leadership Lead a cross-functional team of 5–8 people across brand, digital, PR, and creative execution. Manage agency relationships and freelancers to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Who You Are 7–10 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail marketing (regional experience preferred). A self-learner and creative thinker who loves fashion, ideas, and visual storytelling. Strategic yet hands-on — you can both think long-term and execute in detail. Process-oriented, organized, and able to bring structure to creative workflows. Collaborative, articulate, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
