Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, enhancing destination storytelling in line with organizational vision and goals. Create comprehensive marketing plans for major events and community initiatives, integrating various channels including media, social, and experiential marketing to drive engagement. Champion audience-focused campaigns that cultivate loyalty and emotional connections with visitors. Oversee effective public relations and communications strategies to amplify the organization's presence on both local and global platforms. Guide creative output for campaigns, ensuring alignment with audience insights and delivering measurable results. Define performance metrics for brand awareness and loyalty, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and activities. Build and sustain meaningful partnerships to broaden brand reach and authenticity. Cultivate a collaborative and customer-centric team culture while mentoring senior leaders and their teams to achieve high standards in execution. Requirements: Extensive experience in crafting and executing holistic brand and marketing strategies that foster affinity and long-term brand loyalty. Solid background in integrated marketing strategies that blend traditional and digital channels effectively. Strong analytical skills to leverage audience insights and trends in shaping creative marketing approaches. Proven leadership in managing large-scale campaigns within consumer-focused environments, such as events or high-traffic venues. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for inspiring teams and engaging diverse stakeholders. Experience in multicultural settings, demonstrating sociocultural awareness and adaptability. A minimum of 15–20 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a large-scale destination, convention center, or public venue. Documented success in enhancing brand engagement and reputation through strategic marketing initiatives.
