Job no: Work type: Permanent Full Time Location: Singapore Department: Marketing Overview We are looking for a Brand & Consumer Marketing Lead who will join our talent team. The role will encompass elements of both Brand and Marketing Communications, and you will be part of a talented and motivated team. Together with the Head of Brand & Consumer Marketing, you will navigate Singapore Housing Group through a full spectrum of Marketing disciplines, including but not limited to Consumer Marketing (Brand, ATL), Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Strategic Partnerships. In this role you will lead the team that develops and executes marketing and communications strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. The strategies will align with the corporate and brand direction while reflecting local nuances across media investments, partnerships and the company’s digital presence. You will partner with local marketing leadership to drive evidence‑based brand investment decisions facilitated through our bespoke BEAM model and continuously optimise campaigns, creative outputs and media buys. This is a role for a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and process driver who wants to manage several initiatives simultaneously and collaborate cross‑functionally. The candidate must excel in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, deadline‑driven environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive regional and country marketing and communication strategies aligned with the Group’s direction, reflecting local priorities. Lead in: Campaign planning, development and execution, including regional toolkit development. Media and creative measurement & effectiveness optimisation using BEAM. Identifying, negotiating and managing regional media partnerships. Media and agency partnership & contract negotiations. Developing and enforcing processes and cadences, continuously improving them. Oversee plan execution, working with vendors and agencies to localise communications and marketing assets and manage budgets. Provide leadership to Country Marketing teams, ensuring they understand the Group’s brand direction and key priorities and execute plans flawlessly. Serve as regional subject‑matter expert and trusted partner to local leadership and stakeholders. Track and manage the budget and ROI on activities to measure success and define improvement areas. Support the CMO in managing the regional marketing budget, including coordinating media budgets for core markets and HQ. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes At least 8 years of marketing experience, either client or agency side. Experience leading marketing in at least one Southeast Asian market; experience across multiple markets preferred. Demonstrated success in developing and executing corporate‑level, BU or regional communication and marketing strategies, with superior brand‑management, marketing communications, media planning and integrated campaigns skills. Experience in content marketing and strategic partnerships is preferred. Track record in project management and leading geographically dispersed teams, formally and by influence. Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. Strong executive presence and influence over senior leaders and complex landscapes. Experience with e‑commerce, technology or online brands, or a new brand, is a plus. Real‑estate experience highly desired; at minimum, real‑estate interest is mandatory. Competencies and Skills Self‑starter who thinks strategically and deploys tactically. Drive continuous improvement, never settling for status quo. Excellent written & verbal business communication, interpersonal, organisational, process management and stakeholder skills. Strong numerical, analytical and quantitative skills, including budget management. Creative aesthetics and flair. Deep understanding of data and consumer insights for property‑seeker communications. Solid campaign development and execution expertise: concept, UX, branding, content marketing and partnerships. Strong planning and project management, with excellent time management for concurrent tasks. Strong agency and media partner relationships at domestic, regional and international levels. Hands‑on, hardworking and motivated by a building‑phase business culture. Self‑motivated, independent and comfortable working in informal leadership structures.
