As Head of Brand and Marketing, you are customer-oriented and have a passion for delivering meaningful social impact while simultaneously generating business income. You are responsible for leading the Group's marketing and communications strategies, branding, corporate affairs, as well as the marketing & sales performance for Singapore. You will lead and drive the Group's brand objectives while building strong relationships across the business as well as externally. You will lead the brand strategy and drive the operational delivery of the strategy, inclusive of communications campaigns, network building and stakeholder engagement. Budgeting, Strategy & Execution Responsible for the Group's overall brand strategy and ensure consistent brand image and positioning across countries we operate in. Formulate and effectively execute strategic and tactical marketing and communications plans to reinforce brand positioning and attain business targets for new and existing products and services (online & offline). This includes ensuring that programs are aligned with the overall business objectives, optimized and relevant to internal and external stakeholders. Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, including cross promotion and referral efforts. Develop, execute and manage the Organization's digital strategy and campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, business websites, email and so forth. Collaborate with HR department to formulate and execute employer branding, supply marketing and internal communications strategies. Responsible for setting and administering the annual marketing and department budget. Corporate Affairs and Public relations Responsible for creating and communicating the desired public image for the Organisation. Responsible for leading the CSR efforts for the Organization. Responsible for the development of the execution plan for thought leadership initiatives to build awareness and credibility for the business and brand, simultaneously establishing the brand as a thought leader in the market. Plan and drive public relations and stakeholder engagement. This includes designing and executing campaigns to engage internal and external stakeholders. Marketing operations Lead the department, drive new ideas and manage day-to-day marketing operations and performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on employer branding, supply marketing and internal communications efforts. Responsible for the creation of all forms of marketing, for example, interactive marketing, direct marketing campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, press releases, and executive presentations. Performance marketing Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC), and awareness. Ensure successful planning, execution and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels. Establish and track metrics for purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness, including benchmarks for the brand's performance. Market research, Analytics & Reporting Continually review changes to the market, customer trends and activities of the competitors. Be updated on the industry and sector trends and developments. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance, as well as facilitate the realization of new business opportunities. Develop and present monthly performance reports. Prepare and present market research and competition studies. Perform other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. At least eight years of brand and marketing experience with a wide range of sales and marketing channels. Successful experience in launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand's awareness and consumer acquisition. Proven track record in delivering sustainable improvements in marketing campaigns' ROI. An excellent communicator; experience with media/public relations is a plus. Experience in healthcare is a plus. Strong operating and leadership skills; equally comfortable being executing hands‐on and leading internal and external teams. Strong people skills with ability to form meaningful relationships with people, being very approachable and relatable. Ability to work independently and possess strong business acumen. Excellent project and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Possess vast skill and knowledge in CRM systems and databases, as well as marketing automation. Possess exceptional analytical skills, with ability to formulate actionable insights from analysis of research data. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel which are necessary for creation of verbally and visually engaging offline branding materials, reports and presentation. Be careful - Don't provide your
