Overview
Responsibilities
Sustainable medical workforce to drive BAU operations and support strategic initiatives – Work with the Talent Acquisition team on cluster medical manpower planning taking guidance from parameters related to workforce transformation and productivity.
Workforce Transformation and Productivity – support cluster committees in the conception and implementation of workforce transformation and productivity initiatives.
Plan year-round agenda for committee meetings, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate with stakeholders including MOH on data and document submission, and outcome measurement. Currently there are 3 committees (Hospital Clinician, Principal Doctor and MOH Productivity Council (Medical)).
Secretariat support for NHG Medical Manpower Council – include appointment of council members, setting of agenda, and tracking of outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management
Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations
Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work
Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement
Excellent project management skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of healthcare productivity framework
Experience in healthcare transformation initiative
Ability to work with senior stakeholders including MOH officials and senior medical professionals
