Human Resources Business Partner

This role is responsible for supporting employees across various business units in ASEAN, reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Services.

  • Develops and implements global HR programs and initiatives, including WorkDay integration.
  • Provides employee relations support to managers and employees.
  • Recruits and selects candidates for assigned groups, collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers on creative recruitment strategies.
  • Assists in developing and implementing training for managers and employee groups.
  • Is the primary point of contact for assigned groups regarding HR policy, process, and support.
  • Works on special Human Resources projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be effective at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with equal ease.
  • Flexible, supportive, and adaptive to changes.
  • Working knowledge of Employment Law, especially for ASEAN.
  • Focus on customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality are high priorities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Minimum education and work experience required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field is required. 7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or business partnering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment; preferably in the high-tech industry.
