Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will partner closely with our CEO and leadership team to shape and execute our people strategies.
You will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for executive decision-making, providing strategic guidance on HR matters. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and driving business outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives;
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute organizational change management initiatives;
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities;
- Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a proven track record in HR generalist leadership roles;
- Deep domain expertise across HR policies, employee lifecycle operations, and commercially focused HR solutions;
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills;
- International exposure, with prior experience working in multicultural environments;
- Flexibility to travel internationally, as required.
