The ideal candidate will support the Assistant Director in devising and implementing programs that drive patient involvement. This entails conceptualizing and executing key events, partnerships with patients and healthcare professionals, and reviewing award criteria to ensure alignment with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute patient engagement programs that foster meaningful relationships between patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Cultivate partnerships with patients, families, and caregivers to improve health services and promote a culture of empathy and understanding
  • Conceptualize and implement key events that position our organization as a leader in patient engagement and advocacy
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of members for our patient advocacy program
  • Promote outreach through social media and collaborate with various stakeholders to extend our reach
  • Foster collaboration with local and international counterparts to ensure our patient advocacy program remains relevant and effective
  • Manage and respond to feedback via designated channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in service operations, partnerships, and event management
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
