Job Title

A dynamic and skilled professional is required to support the planning and execution of programmes that drive patient engagement. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to improve health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and implement key events that position our organisation as a leader in patient engagement and advocacy programmes.
  • Plan, publicise, and manage vendors for these events.
  • Review award criteria and presentation formats.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of patient advocates to build a strong network of empowered volunteers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in service operations, partnerships, event management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
