Patient Engagement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning, development, and execution of targeted email campaigns to drive patient engagement and promote community health programs.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Develop high-quality content adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives;
- Manage end-to-end campaign process, including audience segmentation, approvals, testing, deployment, and post-campaign performance analysis;
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution in accordance with best practices and organisational protocols.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong understanding of CRM and email platforms. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
">The successful candidate will be operationally strong and process-driven, with a focus on execution, and will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-team collaborations.
">Able to work effectively under tight timelines, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven email campaigns and have experience in healthcare communications.
